It depends on the size of the job. A bathroom usually takes 2–4 weeks, a kitchen 4–8 weeks, a basement 6–10 weeks, and a full home renovation several months. Permits, custom orders and material delivery times can change the schedule. We confirm your timeline in writing before work starts.
Usually, yes. We work in phases, put up dust barriers, protect your floors and clean up every day so your family can carry on with daily life. For full home renovations, we'll tell you honestly if moving out for a while makes more sense.
Yes. We tell you when a permit is needed, for example for structural changes, new plumbing or a basement second unit. We prepare the paperwork and book the City of Toronto or local inspections for you.
Yes. As well as houses, we renovate condo units (following building management rules and elevator bookings), rental units, and small commercial spaces such as offices and shops.
